The vibrant yellows of Bur-Marigolds and brillant oranges of Jewelweed spill onto the footpaths of Sleepy Hollow Farm in Late August, Early Spetember.

Spring Creek flows through Sleepy Hollow Farm. We are less than a mile from the head of the creek giving us an exceptionally clean source of water.

We have been cultivating Goldenseal in our tranquil hardwood forests since 1996.

A goldenseal plant with the fully ripened berry. Each berry can contain 25 - 30 black seed.

A 3 prong Ginseng plant appears in this photo in the left center of the picture with the five leaved virginia creeper to the lower right and three leaved posion ivy to the lower right.

Anise Hyssop is used in our Cold, Flu, and Sinus products along with Elder Berries and Echinacea.

The Hummingbirds love the jewelweed that grows along Spring Creek. The juice of jewelweed is used like aloe for skin irritations such as posion ivy.

Cascades of snowy white Elder Blossoms abound in early June. We use the elder blossoms in all of our Bath & Body Potions for there wonderful skin softening properties.
