What is Eczema and/or Dermatitis and How Does One Get It?
Dermatitis is an inflammation of the skin that produces scaling, flaking, thickening, color changes, and often, itching. Eczema is a term often used interchangeably with dermatitis although some authorities define it as a specific type of dermatitis distinguished by the presence of fluid-filled blisters that weep, ooze, and crust over.
There are several forms of dermatitis ranging from contact dermatitis caused by skin contact with with perfumes, cosmetics, plants such as poison ivy, and metals such as gold, silver, and nickel to a hereditary form which becomes apparent in infancy. One form Dermatitis herpetiformis is a very itchy type associated with intestinal and immune disorders. It can be triggered by the consumption of dairy products and/or gluten. Skin rashes can also be caused by bacterial and fungal infections such as Staph and Candida. Stress is also often a factor in these skin disorders.

I would like to take moment to thank you for making your product, I found it on line. I believe in the natural healing process of herbs. I had a rash on my chest for two years that I treated with prescribed medicines from the doctor and it never helped me at all. I bought the Goldenseal soap and cream and used it. I am free of my rash and it has not come back. I am a retired West Virginia state trooper and thought this rash was from wearing my uniforms which were dry cleaned and the fluid in the dry cleaning solution I thought broke me out.
